Better Built Fitness is always clean and the owners are fantastic! Family owned and operated. Good mix of free weights and machines to get a good work out and studio space as well. Centrally located in Shallotte and being open 24 hours is convenient for my busy schedule! Low cost and NO contract is a plus! As a courtesy, they are also a pick-up site for 212 Meal Prep. I am looking forward to the new expansion they are working on that will include some new equipment and a smoothie bar! If you are looking for a home gym or just in town for a visit you will be pleased!
After 25 years this place definitely needed to be updated. Same equipment which is still looking great and functional. But renovations have made this place not feel like you stuck in 1998! Bathrooms are clean and look great!
Wonderful gym! Great staff and owners! Lots of great equipment! Very affordable and you have 24 hour access! Very wonderful environment!
